The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced the tentative schedule for the 2025 Class X and XII public examinations. The Class XII exams are expected to take place from February 1 to 15, 2025, while the Class X exams are scheduled for March 1 to 20. The board has advanced the exam schedule by approximately 28 days in 2025, citing the impact of rising temperatures due to global warming. This decision was made to address instances of students experiencing discomfort during exams, with some cases of students feeling unwell during the 2024 exams. Going forward, all exams will be completed by March 31, 2025, and results will be declared by the end of April. This adjustment aligns the Goa board's schedule with national timelines and those of other central and state boards.
